OYO 16520 Green's Hotel is a budget place but that needs some improvements. The location of the hotel was very good. But the property is not managed properly and it needs improvement in terms of maintenance.

Room condition is very poor. They are saying their rooms are worth 2000 rs per night but if u dare to visit the rooms and see the condition of furniture and bathroom you will be shocked. Those kind of rooms go around 600-700 rs per night. Manager’s attitude is like he is owner of Burj Khalifa.Dont waste your money by staying there.it doesn’t even have a parking space.my car was outside on main road with no security guard at night.

Happen to live with family for 2 days in this hotel. The rooms are very small. The Bed linen and bath linen are worn out. It was evident that even the bedsheets are not changed after the persons leave. The service is pathetic.

Firstly when i visited, they kept us waiting for 20-25 min and none attended AND AFTER that they said no room available. Plz dont deal with them. Worthless place. Ridiculous. Horrible attitude. Dont know how to behave with customer

though the scenery isn't great, but you don't need the scenery. great restaurant, great bar, quiet ac rooms, a rather small but free parking. facing teh hotel is Gandhi Sarovar (i think thats the name. its a amall lake with M.K. Gandhi's statue in between.). prices are greatly affordable. one must experience everything.
